These terms apply to computer and technology services provided by ZERONE LLC.
The specific scope of work, pricing, timing, and deliverables may be confirmed by email, invoice, estimate, or other written communication.
By requesting service, the customer confirms that they are authorized to request work on the applicable device, account, software, or data.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data before service whenever reasonably possible. Computer service may involve risks including data loss, hardware failure, or software incompatibility.
Payment terms will be shown on the applicable invoice, estimate, or checkout page. Payment may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
ZERONE LLC is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or limitations imposed by third-party software, hardware, internet, cloud, or account providers.
